About Ground Works Land Design
Ground Works Land design was founded in 2009 by Tony Nasrallah who has grown his business from a 1 man, 1 truck company to a team with over 20 employees and 10 plus trucks. While attending college for extra cash to pay his way through school,Tony spent $200 on flyers and passed them around his home town of Bay Village, growing his clientele list year after year throughout the surrounding cities.
Through hard work, discipline and dedication Tony stuck to his business plan and started adding different landscaping services. Ground Works was soon building outdoor patios, outdoor kitchens, fire pits and fire places, irrigation, lighting and so much more.
Still Tony wasn't satisfied and wanted to provide more for his loyal clients. He knew if he wanted to be ahead of the competition he would have to move with the market and embrace the new technology available. Tony then started offering 3D designs where you can virtually walk through a landscape project and get a real life feeling with what could be created.
To scale with his growing company and his eagerness to be more efficient, Tony hired a human resource company to take care all of his payroll and HR needs. Tony had apps built for project tracking so his clients and employees are always up to date on a jobs progress, he added new estimating software and CRM to be more efficient and accurate. Since then Tony has serviced hundreds of different customers and has kept an average growth of 39.5% per year for the past 8 years.
Tony has always been a entrepreneur starting his first online business at the age of 17. He credits all of his hard work to his parents, both immigrants who came to this county for a better way of life for their family. Tony will mention: "It's not what his father did for him but it's what he taught him to become who he is today". Tony is involved with his community and many different organizations and has donated 3 years in a row for the St. Jude Dream Home.
We proudly provide our landscaping services to these, and many other Northeast Ohio communities.
