In Avon

This Avon home already had a large sundeck around the pool, but the customer didn’t have an outdoor kitchen for proper entertaining. Spending a majority of their summer in the backyard, it was our goal to design a functional space that allowed the client to host pool parties for family and friends. We designed an all-in-one U-shaped kitchen space that offered the luxuries for cooking married with bar elements for Happy Hour cocktails. A custom gas grill, refrigerator, ice maker, pendulum lighting with full electrical are included in the project. The pergola install, above head, offers just enough shade and follows a rustic theme incorporating a pallet wall made from hand selected reclaimed barn wood. We created an intentional contrast against the project’s rustic elements and matte black marble countertops.

Opposite side of the countertops rests a cement bar top that can be accessed from the lower tier of the pool deck.  Barstools and functional drainage were also worked into this design.  The finished stonework matches other preexisting elements on the clients home pulling this entire build together.
