We come to you. A Ground Works project manager, designer, or even the owner will schedule a time to meet you at your home. We want to learn about you and your family, as well your hobbies and inspirations so we can be sure both parties are comfortable working together.
3. Walk the Property
Once we’ve gotten to know each other, we take the meeting outside. In this discovery session, you tell us your wants, needs and wildest land design dreams. We pay extra attention to elements like landscape grade, plant species, property line and surroundings.
4. Design Process
Together we determine a scope of work that aligns with your wants and needs, but most importantly one that stays within your budget. From there, our team of Landscape Architects will create a property-specific full color 2D plan or 3D video of your future project before the work even begins.
5. Concept Approval
We meet again to present a comprehensive plan that accurately captures everything we discussed in our face-to-face meeting. Itemized pricing clearly shows how we stay within budget. Once the proposed plan is perfect, we agree, confirm and shake.
6. Get to Work
Shadowing a proposed timeline and maintaining healthy communication, we put more than a decade of experience to work, using the highest quality materials and partnering with our preferred vendors. Our uniformed crew members will go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and our productivity.
7. Final Walkthrough
The reveal! After our hard work is complete, we’ll walk every inch of the property with you to make sure the project specifically reflects the proposal and plans. We’ll also provide you with warranty details and continued maintenance suggestions.
