In Westlake

This new build home was already a stunner when we were commissioned to design and complete the empty backyard lot. The goal of this development was to create an outdoor space with multiple areas of entertainment, which we accomplished, and then some.

The entire plan houses three levels of tiered entertainment patios – all Unilock pavers, two wood-burning fire elements – a fireplace and firepit, an outdoor kitchen with a specific ice chest, an oversized dining patio, lower level seating bench with custom curve dimensions and Kichler landscape lighting. The outdoor kitchen and chimney boast matching masonry wrapped work that trickles down to the lower tier seating bench and firepit.

The sprawling space is specifically leveled to show off the pond that rests against the back of the property. Under the attached pavilion lies an outdoor living space in its truest sense. A fully furnished living area, full electrical, ceiling fan and mounted TV all add to the indoor-outdoor ambiance of this dream backyard.
