Founded in 2009 by Bay Village native Tony Nasrallah, Ground Works began with just $200, a stack of lawn care flyers, and a determination to redefine what a landscape design company could be. Today, we’re proud to be one of the region’s most awarded landscaping firms, recognized for bold design, white-glove service, and a relationship-first approach.

The Cleveland community has shaped and supported Ground Works from the very beginning. In return, we’ve made it a priority to give back whenever we can. Since 2009, we’ve proudly donated over $350,000 to local charities and nonprofit organizations and we’re just getting started.
In 2019, we launched our annual charity golf outing, Ground Works Outdrives Alzheimer’s, and to date, we’ve contributed more than $250,000 directly to the Cleveland Alzheimer’s Association.
Giving back is part of who we are, and we’re committed to making an impact where it matters most, right here at home.
