Ground Works Land Design was founded in 2009 by Bay Village native, Tony Nasrallah. From humble beginnings, Nasrallah started the company with only $200 in his pocket, a stack of lawncare flyers, an exceptionally strong work ethic and a determination to create the number-one land design company in Ohio. Today, Ground Works has won over 20 industry awards, proudly carrying an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Our team is in pursuit to carve a new lane in the landscape industry and change the general public’s perception, with professionalism at its forefront . The surrounding Cleveland community has shaped and supported our business from the beginning and as a result we’ve partnered with multiple organizations to give back whenever we can. Since 2009 we’ve donated over $300,000 to different charities and we’re not stopping anytime soon. In 2019, we launched our first annual golf outing, Ground Works Out Drives Alzheimer’s, and to date we’ve contributed over $112,000 to the local Cleveland Alzheimer’s Foundation.
